This session will be a Fartlek session, running round the Lamport Drive loop with bursts of speed at various points around the loop.
There will be a 10 minute warm up lap of the loop and then we will go into the main session for around 40 minutes, the aim of the session is to really push yourselves at the fast points then run at a easier pace for the rest, this session is suitable for all abilities, please bring a light and wear hi-viz clothing as it will still be dark for part of the session, the session will finish with a 10 minute cool down run followed by stretches.
