Meeting outside The Olde Coach House Inn in Ashby St Ledgers at 7.50am for 8am start.
Please park carefully and respectfully nearby. There should be plenty of spaces to do this on Main Street.
We may split into pace groups or all stop together (with slightly quicker runners looping).
Most runners will do a 10k route, with faster runners doing more.
We suggest taking it slower at the start to warm up. We will do some stretches at the end for the ones that want to stretch.
Optional breakfast at The Olde Coach House Inn afterwards. Please indicate when booking if you will be attending this. Breakfast will be about 9.30ish (non runners welcome too).
Whilst the run leader(s) will try to ensure the session is safe, all runner take part at their own risk. All runners should follow the run leader(s) instructions, especially regarding staying in groups or looping.
