For my first session we will do a moderate hill climb repeat session suitable for all members, the session will begin with a warm up at a gentle pace looping the industrial estate, followed by 4 moderate incline sprints up a small section of Newnham Drive, followed by a short recovery loop, another 4 hill sprints, etc, then a cool down jog and stretching.
Everything will be explained and is easy to follow.
