Warm up will be a 15 min session
Main session is 30 minutes - the session will be a sprint from 1 cone to the next , 80m then back again, on your way back this is a cool down, this is repeated x 4 where after you will proceed into a small loop course, when you arrive back this is repeated until the 30 minutes are finished.
Cool down is a steady run back to the cars followed by some stretches
Addition Information:
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 40 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
