Meeting in the Peppermill car park at 6.30pm.
This is a 45 minute session running a 1.5 mile loop comprising of Western Avenue, London Road and Badby Road.
I will split the group into two, one group will run UP Western Avenue towards Badby Road, with the second group running down Western Avenue towards London Road.
When you get back to the start point you will turn around and run in the opposite direction.
