Venue/HQ: Parking at Wykham Park Academy, Ruskin Road, Banbury, OX16 9HY.
Start: The race starts at 7.45pm in Browning Road. Allow ten minutes to get to the start from the school.
Route: One lap on road and pavement on the outskirts of Banbury. Includes three moderate hills. Start at the junction of Browning Road/Longfellow Road, finish on the Bloxham Road opposite ‘The Easington’.
On the night: Please wear your club kit, especially if entered affiliated. There is normally a photo on the green next to the start line, about 5 minutes before the off. If you have entered the full EMGP series, use your series number. Otherwise, your number will be available for collection on the day at the Race HQ. Limited entries on the night may be available until the race limit has been reached. These will be £13 (affiliated).
As normal we will cheer all club members home, and if your still energetic after your run, it would be nice to go back and encourage others, but make sure you dont get in the way of other runners, and follow any marshal or event instructions.
Do not race if you have been unwell. Always follow marshals instructions. It is the runner’s responsibility to provide their own water or refreshments during the race. Bottled water is provided at the finish.
Registration: Use series number if appropriate, no need to register. Otherwise collect on-line race numbers from HQ prior to the event.
Facilities: Parking, registration (number collection and late entry), toilets and changing facilities will be provided at the race HQ but please note that we no longer have shower facilities at the venue.
Results: Results will be posted on the EMGP website soon after the race and on this website within 24 hours.
