Easy paced run and or run/walk suitable for everyone aimed for anyone returning from injury or just returning to running.
This is aimed at members that would like to join in sessions, but may need a bit more support or help.
We meet at our normal car park, known as the Old Gasworks Car park or Brook Street Car Park, the enterance is off Braunston Road
