The focus of our track sessions is on building speed through intervals, varying from short sprints to longer stretches, with a 5K Time Trial every few months to test yourself. Each session starts with some warm up, continuing into drills to work on run form. The main set will be around 40 minutes of intervals, and we'll finish with a cool down and some stretches. The track sessions are suitable for all runners, whether you're a beginning runner or an accomplished athlete.
The start time is at 6.30 and the session will finish around 7.30
