Meeting at 6.30pm on Lanchester Way, this is a hill repeats session suitable for all.
We will run a just under 1 mile loop to warm up.
The main session is 40 minutes long and will involve repeatedly running the hill repeats loop, which is 0.75 miles long. To get the full benefit from the session you need to be pushing yourself as hard as possible when running up hill, but having a steady jog, to get your heart rate and breathing lowered, on the downhills.
We will gently run the warm up loop to cool down.
