Meeting at the old Gas Works Car Park (///playfully.pardon.rocket) 7.50am for 8am start.
We may split into pace groups or all stop together (with slightly quicker runners looping).
Most runners will do a 10k route, but as always this session is suitable for all members and we may do a shorter route for some.
We suggest taking it slower at the start to warm up. We will do some stretches at the end for the ones that want to stretch.
Optional after is a drink (& breakfast?) at Wetherspoons when we finish, about 9.30ish (non runners welcome too).
Whilst the run leader(s) will try to ensure the session is safe, all runner take part at their own risk. All runners should follow the run leader(s) instructions, especially regarding staying in groups or looping.
