4 MILE WATFORD LOOP
Meeting at 6.30pm in Watford village, this is a social run of just over four miles for all abilities along road, canal tow paths, fields and public right of ways
We will meet on Church Street, Watford, NN6 7UR. There is plenty of on street parking, please park considerately as this is a residential area, or consider car sharing.
Unless the weather has been dry for a good period of time, trail trainers are recommended for this route.
No runner will be left behind, as with all of my trail runs, we stick together with faster runners looping back to regroup.
As there are a couple of on road sections please wear something/bright and/or visible.
