This run is suitable for everyone. 

We will meet at The Old Gas Works Car Park at 6.20 for a 6.30pm start, and we will run in Paced Groups. Everyone will be in a group at a pace they are comfortable with, we don't leave anyone behind. As said above this is suitable for all members from the very speedy, to beginners, there will be a paced group for everyone!

We will be asking people to stay in groups, so nobody gets isolated. It would be useful if you have an idea of the pace you would like to run at. Try and pick the right pace for you, but if you find it too hard someone will drop back with you. We would rather runners not go faster than the group pace. It would really help if some experienced members offered to help lead groups.

We plan to do about 50mins running. We suggest taking it slower at the start to warm up. We will do some stretches at the end for the ones that want to stretch. I can be contacted on 07793634630 in case of emergency. We plan to vary the route dependant on recent conditions. Here are two of the routes.
