Meeting at Lanchester Way, as marked on the map. At 6PM!
After a warm up jog, we will split into groups.
In your group you will participate in intervals of various distances, sometimes alongside other members of your group, sometimes individually, with stationary recoveries between efforts.
There will be a cool down jog to finish also.
Should be a bit of fun, with some good training too.
