Closing date for online entries: Online entries via RunBritain – Entry Fee: £10 EA Affiliated/£12 club members. Closing date: 11:59pm on 4th July 2025.
Entries on the night subject to a £3 surcharge (£13 EA affiliated /£15 club members)
Use your series number if you have one; otherwise collect your number at the race.
Venue/HQ: St Andrews Rugby Club, Hillmorton Grounds, Ashlawn Road, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV22 5ET
Start/Finish: The race starts at 7.45pm on the field of the Rugby Club.
Changing: Changing facilities & showers for men and ladies are available at the venue.
Toilets: Toilets are available in the clubhouse.
Route: The course is an undulating single 6 mile loop of Ashlawn Rd, Onley Lane and Barby Lane.
On the night: Please wear your club kit, especially if entered affiliated. There is normally a photo on the field by the clubhouse about 10 minutes before the off.
As normal we will cheer all club members home, and if your still energetic after your run, it would be nice to go back and encourage others, but make sure you don't get in the way of other runners, and follow any marshal or event instructions.
Do not race if you have been unwell. Always follow marshals instructions. It is the runner’s responsibility to provide their own water or refreshments during the race. Water is provided at the finish.
Results: Results will be posted on the EMGP website almost immediately after the race.
