As requested we will run some of these in the lead up to the Great South Run. This will be a slow paced group run, we are happy to go at any pace and stay together as a group or loop. We will meet the breakfast runners and then continue with them at 8am. We should get in about 4 -5 miles.
Suggest you bring water & fuel (if wanted) to have in between the two runs or carry.
Also suitable for members that want to just do the 7am session
