We will be doing a 10 minute warm up session on the Icon Field
The main session is a Paced Groups Run where we will run a set route. Route will be explained on the night (roughly 4 miles)
We will get into groups 12 min pace, 11 min pace, 10 min pace, 9 min pace, 8 min pace, 7 min pace, 6 min pace.
The first group setting off is the 12 minute paced group then the 11 minute paced group etc until all groups have left. each group will be set off 4 minutes apart.
I will be tail running so nobody will be left behind.
When all are back we will do a 5 minute cool down.
Addition Information:
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 50 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
