Meeting on Lanchester Way at 6.30pm, this is a fun intervals session for all abilities.
We will warm up by running a 0.62 mile loop.
The session will be 40 minutes long and comprise of three hard intervals (out and back) as laid out by the cones, followed by the 0.62 mile loop.
When you have completed the loop, you will do the intervals again, followed by the loop, followed by the intervals… how many can you fit into the session?
We will cool down by gently running “the loop” again.
