Meeting at the Old Gas Works Car Park (see map), where Tuesday runs also start/finish.
Meet at 17:50 for a 18:00 prompt start. Please do not be late, as we will be assembling the groups, ready to leave at 18:00 on the dot.
The session is a 1 hour run, so therefore should finish at 19:00 exactly.
For this session only, a light is optional! as we are starting early, we will be finish in light, just! (sunset is 18:55, but there will still be enough light to see for the final 5 mins of the session).
