Warm up will be a small loop around Heartlands.
Main session is 30 minutes - you will pick a team mate then one of you will run a set course, tag you team mate who will then run a different set course, the team mates will swap courses after 15 minutes.
Cool down is a steady run back to the cars followed by some strectches
This is a team session where all participants can encourage each other as they do there course, more encouragement the easier it is (I promise)

Addition Information:
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 30 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
* A light will be required
