We'll meet up at the parking at the bottom of Newbury Drive (Lang Farm)
Hill Climb Repeats - great for strength work.
After a warm up we will do a full climb of the hill at a relative easy pace - return to the start we will then do 3 climbs to the first cone (at around ⅓ climb), 3 climbs to the second cone (⅔ climb) and followed by a time climb to the top. We'll return with a cool down and some stretches.
